We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our highly professional and experienced Canberra team. We are currently expanding our operation in Canberra to accommodate recent and future growth.

THE ROLE

To plan and coordinate daily and monthly Warehouse and Storage activities ensuring utilisation of staff and company resources.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives into the current operation (where applicable).

Read customer & management requirements accurately to ensure their needs and the companies operational efficiencies are met. Identify and implement changes in the operational function to raise standards of performance. Ensure regulatory compliance & safety – at all times.

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience within the removal, transport or warehousing industries. Excellent working knowledge of warehousing and storage. Exceptional customer service cost control and time management skills.

The ability to anticipate and fix issues in advance is essential, along with the ability to make execute effective decisions.

Must have a High-Risk Forklift License.
